Registers this connector fills
Australian Business Register keeps 1 register current in Civil Memory. Each name is the record you ask for, not the system it came from - ask for it in Studio or from your own AI client.
| Register | What it holds | Fields from Australian Business Register |
|---|---|---|
Platform entity attrplatform_entity_attr | ABR registration details for a contractor ABN. | Fills all of 14 |
The full field list, requiredness and an example record for any register are on its published contract. Where more than one system fills a register, the register is the same shape either way.
Integration model
Section titled “Integration model”ABR is a lookup API: the adapter sends an ABN, ACN or name and returns the register’s entity record. Demiton maintains the API registration centrally, so there is no per-tenant authentication step.
Connection setup
Section titled “Connection setup”The ABR connector is platform-managed - no credentials required on your side. Demiton maintains the API registration centrally. Browse and pin ABR datasets from the Open Data Catalog (/hq-platform/catalog for platform administrators, or query the curated set on Insights+).
Example queries via MCP
Section titled “Example queries via MCP”Once connected through the MCP server, you can ask Claude:
- “Is [Supplier Name] GST-registered? What’s their entity type?”
- “Look up ABN 12 345 678 901 - what is this entity?”
- “Which of our vendors have cancelled ABNs?”
- “Verify the ACN for [company] against the register.”
Security
Section titled “Security”Access type: Read-only (public data)
