Demiton

Microsoft 365 Copilot

The Demiton agent puts your organisation’s Demiton records inside Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot Chat and Researcher can then answer from your connected systems and the public Australian procurement record, and cite the record behind every answer.

  • A Demiton account. Sign up with your work email. The Public tier is free and reads public procurement data. Baseline adds your own connected systems.
  • A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.
  • At least one system connected under Systems in the Demiton web app, if you want answers about your own jobs.
  1. In Microsoft 365 Copilot, open Agents, then All agents, and search for Demiton. If your organisation blocks store apps, ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to deploy Demiton from Integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Select Add.
  3. The first time Copilot calls Demiton, it asks you to sign in. Choose Sign in with Microsoft and use the same work account as your Demiton login, then approve the mcp:read and mcp:write permissions.

You can revoke the connection at any time from the Demiton web app.

Name Demiton in the prompt so Copilot routes the question to it. Each prompt below reads one Demiton register.

What to ask
PromptRegister read
Using Demiton, give me the details of project BWG-2025-001.project_details
Using Demiton, who is allocated to project BWG-2025-001 this month?allocation
Using Demiton, which worker licences and tickets expire in the next 90 days?worker_qualification
Using Demiton, summarise the site diary entries for BWG-2025-001.site_diary
Using Demiton, what notice periods and time bars are in the contract for BWG-2025-001?contract_terms
Using Demiton, show the latest payment claims on our projects.progress_claim
Using Demiton, list current public tenders from Transport and Main Roads.platform_tender

In Researcher, ask a broader question, such as “Using Demiton, prepare a risk brief for project BWG-2025-001 covering its contract time bars, recent site diary entries and expiring worker tickets”. Researcher makes one Demiton call per register and combines the results.

Ask Copilot to correct a record, for example “Using Demiton, propose removing the 3 inclement weather hours on the 14 October timesheet; the Bureau of Meteorology shows no rain at the site that day”. Demiton queues the change for an administrator to approve at HQ, Approvals. Nothing changes in the connected system until they approve it.
