Claim window verdict (v1)
Claim window verdict is one of Demiton's published registers for Australian civil construction. Demiton keeps it current from the systems a contractor already runs and publishes the record's shape as a versioned JSON Schema, so the same question works whichever system produced the record.

Fields
13 fields: 6 required, 7 optional.
Required
Every record carries these fields.
- detailText
One line naming what was triggered, the clause, and the days left.
- statusText
ARMED (the window is open), CLOSING (inside the last fifth of it), LODGED (a notice was written before the deadline), MISSED (the deadline passed with no notice), or CLOSED (the trigger was resolved so the watch was cancelled).
- due_dateText
The notice deadline the trigger opened, ISO date, computed from the trigger fact's own date plus the contract's notice period.
- obligationText
The entitlement the window protects: delay_eot or variation.
- trigger_fact_idNumber
That fact's id, so the verdict cites what opened the window.
- trigger_shelf_typeText
The register holding the fact that opened the window: site_diary, day_works_docket or variations.
Optional
Present when the source system records them.
- window_daysNumber
The contract's notice period, in days.
- window_unitText
Business or calendar, as the contract states it.
- exposure_audNumber
The claimable amount at stake, when the trigger fact carries one.
- source_clauseText
The contract clause the window comes from.
- notice_fact_idNumber
The contract_notice fact that closed the window, once the user lodged the notice.
- unit_defaultedTrue or false
True when the contract stated no unit and business days were assumed (claim_window_arming_service._DEFAULT_UNIT).
- contract_fact_idNumber
The contract_terms fact the window was read from.

Use this contract
The contract is a standard JSON Schema (draft 2020-12) document, so any JSON Schema validator can check a record against it. Keywords starting with x-demiton- add Demiton's own meaning, such as units and requiredness, and validators ignore them.
