On the roadmap

Systems in the planned connector rollout that can fill this register. Partial means the system holds only some of its fields.

None planned yet.

Fields

11 fields: 7 required, 4 optional.

Required

Every record carries these fields.

abnTextUnit: ABN (11 digits)

The contractor's Australian Business Number — the registration's identity coordinate (contractor_abn on the fact; abn in the payload).

schemeText

The prequalification scheme the registration is under, e.g. one of tfnsw_r_levels, nsw_construction, vic_csr, qld_tmr, federal_npp.

classificationText

The grade/level held under that scheme.

source_datasetText

Producer identity; the atom's source_system lowercased — "classifier_repo" as written today.

source_idText

Source-native natural key: {abn}:{scheme}:{classification}.

observed_atDate and timeISO 8601, with time zone

When the registration was observed; the gate requires it and the router derives it from registered_at, falling back to the harvest time.

statusText

The registration's state; parser defaults "active" when the source omits it. The tenant projector consumes only "active" rows, so a wrong default silently changes what tenants see.

Optional

Present when the source system records them.

region_codeTextUnit: AU state/territory code or AU

The jurisdiction the scheme belongs to, derived from scheme; unmapped schemes log and leave it NULL (:609-613), and the partition bucket falls back to OTHER.

entity_nameText

The registered entity's trading/legal name, when the classifier file carries it.

registered_atDateYYYY-MM-DD

When the registration took effect; also the preferred observed_at.

expires_atDateYYYY-MM-DD

When the registration lapses.

Use this contract

The contract is a standard JSON Schema (draft 2020-12) document, so any JSON Schema validator can check a record against it. Keywords starting with x-demiton- add Demiton's own meaning, such as units and requiredness, and validators ignore them.
