The OCDS contracting-process identity, kept as PROVENANCE (lookup, citation, lifecycle-linker input), not an axis.

Producer identity (austender, tenderlink, western_power, vendor_panel, vic_tenders, sa_tenders, wa_tenders, tas_tenders, nsw_etender).

occurred_atDate and timeISO 8601, with time zone

The tender event the fact is dated by: OCDS release date/published_date, TENDERLINK release_date, WESTERN_POWER close_date.

Resolved civil-project tracking id (the primary coordinate; may be a minted stub).
