Projects

Projects is where you deliver the work you have won. It is the post-award half of Universal Memory: a delivery project is born from a tender you won, never created blank, and every panel reads from your own connected systems - Business Central, Assignar, KeyPay, SharePoint, and the rest. The more of your operation you connect, the more complete the picture.

Find it at /projects in the app. The delivery workspace is a Connected feature; lighter market tracking is available on Insights.

What you can do

  • Run the job in one place. A project brings together its financials (budget, revenue, approved variations, reconciliation export), site activity (forms, allocations, timesheets, leave, tools), milestones and contract penalties, contract parties and subcontractors, schedule, and documents.
  • See where you are wired up. Each project shows source-coverage chips and a compliance health ring, so you can tell at a glance which systems are feeding it and which slots are still empty.
  • Ingest documents. Point a project at a SharePoint or OneDrive folder and pull its documents in, with live status as they load.
  • Track the market (Insights). Separately, /projects/tracked lets you watch a market entity by ABN or name and generate public-data snapshots for it - without connecting any systems.

How it connects to memory

Every panel in Projects is a data-ingestion surface. As you connect systems and run workflows, structured facts - costs, site diaries, allocations, financial snapshots - are written into Universal Memory, anchored to the project and the workers and assets involved. That is the operational memory that compounds across jobs and grounds the answers you get in Studio and Ask Demiton.
